Each month you will receive a new Butcher’s Cut that has been specially selected and hand-cut just the way you like it. Each cut allows you to explore a different meaty treat, so each stop on your year-long meat tour is always a new destination.

June: (2) Chicken Kabobs + BONUS: (2) Garlic Butter Corn !!!
July: (1) Bone-In or Boneless Pork Butt (Avg. 8 lbs) OR (1) Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs (Plain or Seasoned; Avg. 2.5 lbs)
August: (1) Pichana / Sirloin Cap (Avg. 2.5 lbs) + BONUS: (2) Twice Baked Potatoes
September: (2) lbs. of Sausages (Bratwurst & Kielbasa)
October: (1) Tomahawk Steak (Avg. 2.5-3 lbs.)
November: (2) Cordon Bleu Stuffed Chicken Breasts + BONUS: (2) Meat House Burgers !!!
December: (1) Surf & Turf (6 oz. Filet Mignon & 1 Shrimp Skewer)
Please note: Butcher's Cuts must be collected within the scheduled month to ensure availability. Flexibility beyond the scheduled month will be based on inventory. Uncollected cuts will be credited to the member as store credit.
