'Nduja & Italian sausage rigatoni
Serves: 4
You Will Need...
1 pack Italian style sausages, cut into small pieces
1 red pepper, sliced
1/2 jar 'nhuja paste
150g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
240g rigatoni pasta, cooked
30g Parmesan cheese, grated
Finely chopped flat leaf parsley to serve.
Method
1. Cook the sausage and pepper in a saucepan over a medium heat for 10 mins.
2. Add the 'nduja paste and tomatoes, continue to cook for a further 5 mins.
3. Add the cooked pasta and 4 tbsp of the pasta cooking water to the pan.
4. Add the grated parmesan, stir well to coat the pasta and serve garnished with the parsley.
Why Not Try...
Spreading the 'nduja on bruschetta, top with spoonful of ricotta.
Finish with a small drizzle of honey for a great snack.Package Type
