Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. To ensure freshness, peel off sticker provided and use to reseal pack after opening.

Boil - From Ambient. 25 mins
Place 75g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well with cold running water. Boil a large pan of water. Add rice. Add salt if desired, stir once and return to the boil. Cover and simmer for 20 mins or until the rice is tender. Turn off the hob. Drain rice thoroughly in a sieve and then return it to the pan and cover with the pan lid. Leave for 5 mins, uff up with a fork and serve.
Do not reheat.
