Just Add...
165g raw king prawns or
200g chicken breast, sliced into approx 3cm strips
2 tbsp (30ml) of vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
160g beansprouts

Create in 5 Easy Steps
1. Half fill a medium-sized saucepan with water and bring to the boil. Add the rice noodles and boil for 8 mins, or until al dente. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the prawns and stir-fry for 1 min or add chicken and stir-fry for 4 mins.
3. Pour in the beaten egg and stir-fry for a few seconds until slightly scrambled.
4. Lower the heat, add the cooked noodles, beansprouts and sauce, then stir-fry for 2-3 mins until heated through.
5. Divide into 2 bowls, top with the peanuts and fried shallots.
