As lovers of all things Peri Peri, we couldn't understand why it was close to impossible to get a taste of Peri Peri Chicken in the USA, so we decided to do something about it! We've got our hands on the most delectable Peri Peri sauce outside of Portugal and learned a unique cooking technique that took years to perfect. The result? Well, we'll let you be the judge!
For those new to Peri Peri, it means "pepper pepper" in Swahiki (an East African language) and this addicting spice is coated on some of our classic meals that are grilled to peri-fection.
